The Experience
Your Land, Our Experience
Our blueprint is designed for intimacy, privacy, and guest comfort. Each site is situated to take advantage of natural beauty while offering guests a secluded, private escape.
- Ownership: You retain ownership of your land, we partner with you on developing the site.
- Luxury Safari Tents / Pods: Guests stay in beautifully designed, high-end units that blend into the natural environment.
- Intimate Scale: Each camp accommodates a maximum of 20 guests in 10 luxury units, ensuring peace and tranquility.
- Dining: We serve daily, locally sourced breakfasts and dinners, supporting local farmers and suppliers.
The Infrastructure
Sustainable and Minimal-Impact Infrastructure
Our camp inftrastructure design is based on a "soft touch" approach.
- Accommodation: Purpose designed safari tents / pods offer luxurious en-suite facilities for 2 people.
- Facilities: In addition to the 10 accommodation units, our kitchen and dining room / lounge areas are converted shipping containers with no permanent foundation needed.
- Off-Grid Power: Our camps run entirely on renewable energy sources, primarily solar power.
- Sustainable Water Systems: We implement responsible water management to conserve this precious resource.
- Minimal Disturbance: All structures are semi-permanent and can be installed and removed without causing long-term damage to the land.

Your Contribution
What We Need from You, the Community
To establish a camp, we require a suitable piece of land with the following characteristics:
- Scenic and Safe: A beautiful, secure location.
- Approximately 2 Hectares: A manageable plot to accommodate 10 units and a central facility.
- No Disturbance: The land should be free from human or livestock disturbance.
- Easy Access: Accessible by standard sedan vehicles for our guests and staff.
- Community: Close to the host / land owner, ensuring our guests experience the true value of communities.
Investment in Your Community
A True Partnership: What We Offer in Return
We are committed to a long-term partnership that brings sustainable benefits to your community:
- We commit to significant financial investment into your community.
- Stable Income: A long-term lease (minimum 5 years) with a nominal monthly fee.
- Employment Commitment: We will only employ for the host community.
- Job Creation (Permanent): 13 permanent employment positions for community members, with full training.
- Job Creation (Initial): A minimum of 20 employment positions during site establishment for community members, with full training.
- Profit Sharing: The community will receive a share of the business's profits.
Beyond the Business
Empowering Your Community
Our commitment extends beyond direct employment:
- Micro Enterprises: We will actively support the establishment of at least 4 micro-enterprises (e.g., laundry, crafts, cultural tours).
- Experiences: We encourage our guests to participate in community driven experiences and adventures.
- Community Trust: A dedicated trust will be formed, managed by community representatives, to invest the profit share into local projects (e.g., education, healthcare, infrastructure).
The On-Site Team
A Local Team, Fully Trained for Excellence
Our on-site team is the heart of the guest experience, with every member recruited and trained directly from the local community. This approach ensures authenticity and direct economic empowerment.
- Camp Manager: Oversees all daily operations, from guest check-in to managing the team and ensuring quality standards are met.
- Housekeeping (3 staff): Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of the tents and communal areas.
- Food & Beverage (3 staff): Prepares and serves all meals and drinks, ensuring a high-quality dining experience.
- Security (3 staff): Ensures the safety and security of all guests and property.
- Maintenance (2 staff): Handles all on-site repairs and preventative maintenance.
- General Worker (1 staff): Provides support for a variety of tasks to keep the camp running smoothly.
